Soviet President Mikhail Shvernik has designated tomorrow for receiving the new Israeli Minister, Mordecai Namir, at the Kremlin on the occasion of presenting his diplomatic credentials.
Mr. Namir and the legation staff were hosts at a luncheon yesterday to Pavel Yershov, Soviet Minister to Tel Aviv, and his wife. Mr. Yershov is preparing to return soon to his post in Israel.
