Fourteen indictments against persons charged with taking part in mob violence in the Birmingham area were returned this week-end by a special grand jury investigating Ku Klur Klan terrorism in this city. Earlier, William H. Morris, a leader of the Klan in Alabama, was jailed for contempt after he defied a court order to produce records of the Klan.
