French Minister to Israel Arrives in Tel Aviv; Will Present Credentials to Sharett Today

Newly-appointed French Minister to Israel, Eduard Cuyon, arrived her today and is expected to present his credentials to foreign Minister Moshe Sharett tomorrow. The new Yugoslav diplomatic representative is also scheduled to present his credentials to Mr. Sharett tomorrow. M. Guyon will probably call on President Chaim Weizmann on Wednesday.

Two British sailors from H. M. S. Virago, who were arrested Friday by Israeli forces stationed in the Klath area–southernmost outpost in the Negev–which they were discovered in a rowboat in Israeli waters in the region, were handed over today to the British legation here.
