Zionist Women Groups in South American Countries Hold Four-day Congress in Montevideo

A four-day congress of women’s Zionist organizations in Latin America concluded here with resolutions to give the maximum aid to Israel and to promote emigration of Jewish youths from Latin American countries to the Jewish state.

The 50 delegates participating in the conference represented WIZO organizations in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay and Venezuela, These organizations are reported to have about 50,000 members and are conducting active Zionist work in their respective countries.
