A 42-member group of dancers, singers and musicians sailed today for Europe to represent Israel at the World Democratic Youth Festival in Budapest this month. In addition, an eight-member delegation has been designated to participate in behalf of Israeli youth in a Youth Congress which will be held in Budapest at the end of the festival.
