American Yacht, Donated by Cecil Kaufmann to U.j.a., Becomes Part of Israel Navy

Louis E. Spiegler, director of the United Jewish Appeal here, announced today that the American pleasure yacht on which the flag of the Jewish state was hoisted about ten days ago off Haifa when it became a part of the Israel Navy, was donated to the U.J.A. by Cecil Kaufmann.
