Moshe Bijerano, Israel commercial attache in the U.S.S.R., today returned to Tel Aviv to resume private business as the head of the “Assis” Company. A new commercial attache is expected to arrive here from Israel soon.
Samuel Eliashev, head of the East European Division of the Foreign Office in Israel, arrived here today. He was met at the airport by officers of the Israel legation headed by Minister Mordecai Namir.
