At least three persons were in hospitals today as a result of disorders which followed a meeting of Sir Oswald Mosley’s fascist Union Movement in the East End district of London last night. A number of other persons were injured but did not require hospital treatment.

None of the hospitalized persons were detained, but one other man was arrested by police during a scuffle on a trolley car in the area, Reuters reported. In another incident a shopkeeper in the area was attacked by several youths and the window of his store was smashed.
