United Nations Chief of Staff for Palestine Denies Receipt of Terrorist Threats

“We have not received any terrorist threats and, therefore, we have not asked the Israel authorities for additional protection,” U.N. chief of staff for Palestine Gen. William Riley told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency today.

Afternoon newspaper here today published “warnings” issued by the so-called “Fatherland Front.” The warnings advise “private persons” not to be within 100 square meters of the U.N. headquarters building. The Front group claimed responsibility for the assassination last year of Count Folke Bernadotte.
