Hebrew Teachers Go to Athens to Help Relieve Shortage Hindering Jewish Schools’ Work

Arrangements have been made by Israel Consul Asher Moissis in Athens for the arrival here of two teachers of Hebrew. The shortage of Hebrew teachers has been hampering the operation of Jewish schools in Greece, it was announced today. The teachers’ salaries will he paid for two years by the Joint Distribution Committee and the Central British Fund.
