Prof. S. Sinclair, noted agricultural expert who toured Israel at the invitation of the Israel Ministry of Agriculture, said today that food production had been stepped up on every farm in the new state. He expressed the belief that the Negev has large areas which can produce considerable quantities of basic foodstuffs. He also paid tribute to the operations of the Rehovot Agricultural Research Institute.
