Colonel Israel Barnea, Military Attache to the Israel Legation in the Soviet capital, was received at the Ministry of Soviet Armed forces by General B. Sareyev Director General of the ministry’s Foreign Relations Division according to advices received here today from Moscow. Col. Barnea is a military transport specialist.
