Israel has not refused to continue to cooperate with the United Nations Conciliation Commission, an official spokesman declared here today, Replying to press comment abroad that Israel had refused to cooperate; the spokesman pointed out that Arthur Lourie, Israel consul-general in New York, is scheduled to meet with the Commission this coming Tuesday.
