The American Zionist Council announced today that Congressmen Emanuel Celler and Jacob K. Javits would head the list of distinguished speakers who will address the “Save Jerusalem” rally which will take place this Wednesday evening at Manhattan Center here. The special mass meeting has been summoned by the Council to “bring the true facts of the Jerusalem problem before the American public.”
In addition to the two Congressmen, other speakers include: Berl Locker, chairman of the Jerusalem section of the Jewish Agency; Dr. Nahum Goldmann, chairman of the American section of the Agency; and Mrs. Rose Halprin, member of the executive committee of the Agency.
