Representatives from 34 states will convene at the second State Presidents’ Council of the National Federation of Temple Sisterhoods tomorrow at the Hotel St. Moritz here, it was announced today. The meeting which will carry over until the following day will discuss ways in which the state and national federation can cooperate.
