Mrs. Roosevelt to Donate Lecture Tour Proceeds to U.J.A. in Honor of Mrs. Morgenthau

Proceeds from a lecture tour to be conducted by Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt will be contributed to the United Jewish Appeal in memory of the late Mrs. Henry Morgenthau, Jr., it was announced today by the former First Lady. Mrs. Roosevelt indicated that she considered this gift to the U.J.A. as the most appropriate way of honoring Mrs. Morgenthau’s memory. The lecture series is sponsored by B’nai B’rith.
