The work of the ORT in Czechoslovakia, Rumania and Bulgaria may be considered at an end, although the institutions established by the ORT in the latter two countries still bear the name of ORT, Alexander Dolowitz, treasurer of the American ORT Federation, declared in a report on the recent Paris meeting of the World ORT Union executive.

Current enrollment of students in ORT schools in 19 countries is 16,000, he reported, adding that 70 trade courses are being offered at the present time. A new administrative committee of the American ORT was elected at the meeting to which the report was presented.
