A plan to set up a “Biblical Theatre” here was submitted by the Ohel Workers Theatre to the Israel Government, the Jewish Agency and the municipality here, each of which was asked to contribute 20,000 pounds ($56,000) toward the construction of a theatre. The municipality has already to make the allocation on condition that similar grants are made by the government and by the Agency.
