The appointment of Yaacov Tsur, Israel Minister to Argentina and Uruguay, as Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to Chile was announced here today. Minister Tsur will present his credentials to Chilean President Gabriel Gonzalez Videla shortly. He will continue to reside in Buenos Aires.
