The S.S. Transylvania was scheduled to sail from the port of Constanza today with 850 Israel-bound Jewish immigrants, all of whom have close relatives now residing in the Jewish state. Enough passports have already been issued by the Israel Consulate here for the vessel’s next trip to Haifa early in December, it was announced.
