The 35th anniversary of the oldest Yiddish daily newspaper in Latin America, the “Yiddishe Zeitung,” was celebrated here today. The paper, of which Matias Stoliar is director, enjoys the largest circulation of any Jewish newspaper in Argentina.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
