Members of Israel Scout Movement Establish New Settlement in Jordan Valley

A total of 120 boys and girls, belonging to the scout movement in Israel, today established a settlement at Nel el Kaser, marking the 15th in the Jordan Valley. The new community is near Samakh, in the demilitarized zone, on the site of a former Syrian artillery position.
