E.N. Grueskin of Sioux City, Iowa, outstanding communal leader, who has been president of the Sioux City Jewish Federation for nine years, will serve as national chairman for regions of the 1950 United Jewish Appeal, it was announced today by Henry Morgenthau, Jr., U.J.A. general chairman.
