Israel today announced at a meeting of the Armistice Commission here that it will be compelled to cancel the facilities granted to Transjordan at certain meeting points on the Israel-Transjordan armistice line. This will be done in retaliation for the killing of two Israel soldiers by an Arab-laid mine near Reit Jibrin, in the southern part of Israel. The soldiers were killed yesterday when a jeep in which they were riding struck the mine.

An initial party of 73 Arab women and children, who had spent the last 18 months in Lebanon separated from their husbands and fathers, yesterday crossed the frontier at Rosh Hanidra where they were met by Israel immigration and health officials. They were driven to Acre to join their families.
