N.Y. City Council Approves Proposed Law to Bar Discrimination in Housing Projects

The New York City Council and the Board of Estimate unanimously approved a proposed New York law which requires that all deeds, 1 leases or other instruments executed by the city or any of its agencies in connection with housing construction include anti-discrimination clauses.
