A delegation of the Council of Organizations of the United Jewish Appeal of Greater New York arrived today in Israel. The Council raised this year a separate emergency fund of $4,500,000 within the U.J.A. framework.
Next year the Council proposes to launch another campaign for funds to erect new housing here, and the chief reason for the visit of the Council members is to make arrangements for those dwelling units.
