More than 100 local Jewish business leaders gathered here tonight to draft plans for securing employment for newly-arrived Jewish displaced persons who have been resettled in this city. It is expected that a special drive will be undertaken throughout the Jewish community to obtain employment for the newcomers. During 1949, the Jewish community here, through the United Jewish Fund of Pittsburgh, expended $189,000 to aid the new arrivals resettled in Pittsburgh.
