Plans for the mapping of a “sound, creative and effective working relationship between American composers and performers of Jewish music and composers and publishers of Jewish music in Israel” were drafted at a conference held here under the auspices of the National Jewish Music Council, sponsored by the National Jewish Welfare Board. The meeting was attended by a representative of the Israel Association of Composers and American composers, performers and arrangers concerned with Jewish music.
