Senate sources said this week-end that 16 Nazis active in the extermination of European Jews, and who were sentenced to death at Nuernberg, will eventually be hanged. Their execution has been delayed by the Army, awaiting a report by a Senate special investigating committee. It was learned that the report of the committee, headed by Sen, Clyde R. Hoey, will end the delay,
