A general strike in the Haifa oil refineries will be proclaimed tomorrow if talks between the plants’ management and representatives of the Haifa Labor Council are unsuccessful. One meeting, which was also attended by Dr. A. Scheinblum, of the Ministry of Labor, took place last night, without any results.
