A petition asking the U.N. Economic and Social Council to place on the agenda of its tenth session–scheduled to open here tomorrow–the plight of the Jews in Iraq and other Mcslem lands was submitted today by the World Jewish Congress to Trygve Lie, U.N. Secretary-General.
