The Egyptian delegate at the U.N. Trusteeship Council session here walked out of the meeting chamber today in protest against the failure of the U.N. Secretariat to distribute an official document to observer nations, of which Egypt is one. The Israel delegate, who associated himself with the Egyptian protest, did not walk out.

The Council today received on official communication from the Ashkanazi community of Jerusalem demanding that the Orthodox Ashkenazi community be given representation in any legislature set up in Jerusalem. The document, which is being distributed to the delegates as an official communication and has not yet been made public, also asks that the Trusteeship body give official recognition to the Ashkenazi Rabbinical Council, and declare Jerusalem a Holy City.
