Israel Ambassador Eliahu Elath today paid farewell calls on Acting Secretary of State James E. Webb and George C. McGhee, Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs. The Ambassador will depart June 5 from New York by air for Israel, where he will remain briefly before assuming his duties as Minister to the United Kingdom.
