For the second time in as many weeks hostile crowds yesterday forced British police to halt a public meeting in Manchester at which Geoffrey Harm, Mosley lieutenant, was scheduled to speak.
Harm, a notorious Jew-baiter, makes most of his speeches in and around Manchester. Reportedly his reception in the small provincial towns in the region has generally been hostile. Nowhere does he succeed in attracting more than the smallest audiences. The Manchester meeting was stopped after 20 minutes of constant heckling from the audience.
