The Anglo-Palestine Bank expects to open new branches this year in Tel Aviv, Acre and Lydda, in addition to the new branch office scheduled for the Haifa Bay district, S.S. Hoofien announced here last night at a general meeting of the board of directors of the Bank, at which he and Dr. Arthur Hantke were reelected to the board.
The meeting approved a report on the Bank’s present accounts as well as the seven percent dividend declared in addition to the November, 1949, dividend of six percent.
