Argentine Jews Condemn Attacks on Israel and Zionism Appearing in Communist Paper

A statement condemning “Haint,” the Yiddish-language Communist daily newspaper published here, was issued by the DAIA, central Jewish representative body of Argentina.

The statement took issue with several recent articles appearing in Haint attacking Israel, the Zionist movement and labolling the present Israel government headed by Premier David Ben Gurion a “servant of Anglo-American imperialism.”
