C.R. Swart, Union of South Africa Ministor of Education, today welcomed the annual conference of the South African Hebrew Teachers which is meeting here this week. The conference, attended by delegates from all parts of the Union, urged all South African congregations to pay uniform salaries and ponsion funds. Israel consul M. Gaulan greeted the parley on behalf of Israel.
