The Israel Government today protested to the mixed Israel-Syrian armistice commission the second Syrian violation of the Israel-Syrian armistice agreement within the past four days.
Yesterday, two Syrian planes flew over Safed, Huleh and Rosh Pinah, all with in Israel territory. The earlier incident involved the killing of an Israeli and the wounding of another by Syrian troops on the shores of Lake Tiberias.
