Detroit Jewish Federation to Name Its Headquarters “fred Butzel Memorial Building”

The board of governors of the Jewish Welfare Federation here today voted to name the projected downtown headquarters for the Federation and its member agencies after Fred M. Butzel, the late Jewish leader who gave a lifetime of service to the Detroit Jewish community as well as to civic and humanitarian causes.
