Bill to Abolish Death Penalty in Israel Completes First Reading in Parliament

The first roading of a bill abolishing the doath penalty in Israel was comploted in the Israel parliament today and was, by unanimous vote, turned over to a committee for furthor study.

As a result of parliament’s recont adoption of the Law for the Encouragement of Capital Investment, the Israel Govornment is now roceiving many inquirios from abroad with rogard to the possibility of establishing new industrial enterprises in the country. All these inquiries are dirocted to the Investment Center which the government set up to coordinato the program of encouraging foreign investment.
