Negotiations for the merger of the Orthodox Zionist Mizrachi and the extreme Orthodox Agudas Israel into a single world organization representing religious Jewry was started here today. Active in these negotiations is Moshe Shapira, Mizrachi Laborite member of the Israel Cabinet and Minister of Immigration.
