Former Premier of Eire Famon de Valera, accompanied by Robert Briscce, the only Jewish member of the Irish Parliament, arrived here today and immediately paid a formal visit to Chief Rabbi Isaac Herzog, who was once the Chief Rabbi in Eire. Rabbi Herzog will tender a dinner in honor of the Irish statesman tonight, with Premier David Ben Gurion and other top leaders of the Israel Government participating.
