Four Jewish communal executives were certified by the Training Bureau for Jewish Communal Service this week after successfully completing an intensive 14 months’ course of study, it was announced today by George W. Rabinoff, executive director of the Training Bureau.
The four graduates are: Abraham A. Fleischman, field secretary of the New York metropolitan section of the National Jewish Welfare Board; Ben Lappin, executive director, central region, Canadian Jewish Congress; Michael Sage, community relations consultant, American Jewish Committee; and Louis A. Schwartz, regional representative, Bellefaire Regional Child Care Service, Cleveland.
