A magistrate today released on bail three youths arrested Saturday in a clash between Orthodox Sabbath observers and a group of Mapam youths.

The clash took place in the Meashearim quarter, a stronghold of Orthodox Jewry in this city. During the “battle” the religious group was forced to retreat to the Hebron Yeshiva from whose windows they pelted the laborites with various objects. Several youths on both sides were injured in the fracas.
