Delegates from Hillel foundations at 74 leading colleges and universities in the United States and Canada today assembled here at the opening of a special summer conference of Hillel groups. The parley will continue through September 6. Aimed at providing leadership and guidance to Hillel groups, the conference will discuss outstanding problems affecting Jewish life in this country and in Canada.
