The British Government has apologized to Israel for the violation of its territory by an R.A.F. plane several months ago, it was learned here today.
The note said that strict instructions had been issued some 18 months ago to all R.A.F. units concerning navigation over Israel. It added that new instructions had been issued recently to prevent recurrence of such an incident.
