The executive of the World Zionist Organization issued a New Year’s message calling upon Jews to “rally around the Zionist banner to carry out the great and difficult tasks confronting the Zionist Organization at this juncture, clarify Zionist aims prior to convening of the next World Zionist Congress in 1951, and find new ways and means for renewed and strengthened Zionist activity.”
