American Jews must rally to Israel in its present crisis by raising “additional millions through the United Jewish Appeal” and by “securing skilled manpower to share in the responsibilities with the leaders of Israel,” Rabbi Samuel Wohl, chairman of the National Assembly for Labor Israel, declared here following his return from a visit to the Jewish state.

While he was in the Jewish state, Rabbi Wohl attended a conference with members of the Israel Cabinet and of the Jewish Agency. He proposed to the parley that a campaign for “skilled human resources” be launched in the United States and Canada and that communities throughout the country assume responsiblity for the personnel selected.
