The State Department during the week-end confirmed that Gen. Wladyslaw Anders, anti-Semitic Polish leader, has been cleared for a private visit to the United States and should arrive in New York about September 24.

A spokesman for the Polish American Congress said that Anders would be honored as principal speaker at a Pulaski Day Dinner at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York on October 1. It was explained that Anders is “a good anti-Communist.”
