All activities in the United States for the proposed Israel Government billion-dollar loan will be headed by Henry Montor, now director of the United Jewish Appeal, Eliezer Kaplan, the Finance Minister, disclosed here this week-end.
Mr. Kaplan is expected to accept the invitation extended to him by the 50 American Jewish leaders who attended the recent emergency economic conference here to attend the national conference at Washington on Oct. 27 convened by these leaders to intensify aid to Israel.
